The Quiet Life

Wouldn’t it be perfect if you could switch off, breathe calmly, feel your body sink into a relaxed state, and then live life feeling wonderful while able to appreciate those you love and everything that encapsulates your existence? You can, believe me, it is entirely available if you know how!

We are evidently much more than we are living. We are capable of enacting upon our desire by taking action. If we go outside our shell we can grow. Whether that means leaving our comfort zone, and escaping the barrier of fear is simply a state of mind. Accepting it allows inner power to blossom as spiritual deepness is available for everyone that wishes to make it part of their daily routine.

In other words, if we live a quiet life and embrace opportunity, we are in fact opening additional potential to help reach objectives while all the time maximizing self-esteem; a necessary creation to live the high-quality lifestyle desired. Our strength lies in its ableness to capture the full cycle of emotions life throws at us whilst controlling the way we process them and then using our energy wisely to deal with probable results.

The mind is a very powerful weapon that used prudently will enhance outcome. Inner peace allows us to encapsulate the very reasoning behind such power. You have to feel it to live it! May I suggest sitting down, listening to calming music, relaxing, and allowing your inhibitions to float away on this day when you can get in touch with your spiritual emotions.

Take some deep breaths while using alpha brainwaves to sink into a state of tranquility. This will enable you to get into such a state:

When you first wake up in the morning, what’s the first thing you do? Perhaps you turn off your alarm clock and stretch. At this point, your brain might be relaxed.

So, while you’re warming up your muscles, your brain is producing alpha waves. You’re not asking your brain to process a lot of information or solve any big problems. The waves simply indicate that you are in a state of wakeful rest. There are five (5) types of brainwaves.

You may also be able to increase your brain’s production of alpha waves when you stop focusing or concentrating on a task, and simply try to relax and unwind. However, it's important to know that alpha brainwaves help you tap into a state of calmness to relax your mind, body, and soul.

Alpha brainwaves are responding to activities like meditation and rest that can reduce your stress levels and help you feel calmer. Even better, by boosting your alpha waves, it might also increase your creativity levels. In a 2015 study, researchers found evidence that they could trigger a surge in creativity if they specifically focused on enhancing alpha waves.

Coupled with creating rituals of excellence you’ll be able to take advantage of the whole package:

  1. Coffee

  2. Music

  3. Meditation

  4. Deep breathing

  5. Alpha-brainwaves

  6. Stretching

  7. Spirituality

This is very big indeed, so try it alone, sit down in a calm place; and practice it early in the morning everyday for as long as possible.

The more, the merrier!

Have an incredible day!
