Breathe, Breathe, Breathe

Atualizado: 23 de jan.

Life shows no sign of maintaining absolute calmness. Worldly wars have been occurring since the beginning of time. If it isn’t a power skirmish for land then it’s a dispute over leadership, or struggle because opinions differ. Human beings can be aggressive like animals who protect offspring or hunt for food although it seems their need to have it their way knows no boundaries. Rationality would be the obvious solution, however, that would be too trying for the highly strung.

Breathe, breathe, breathe, if you face indecision and letting pots and pans fly instead of using your rational reasoning to deal with inconsistencies. You see, yes, we are all different, so it is rather common to face dilemmas from time to time, especially if you live with many people and everyone is explosive. Then pots and pans really will fly unless they are kept under control. Deep breathing not only oxygenates, but it releases endorphins that make you feel good while helping blood flow and reducing blood pressure; something highly necessary when you are about to explode. Impulsiveness, can be your downfall!

A last-minute decision taken by the Palmeiras board left a large part of the fans quite angry on the web, as many fans were hoping for more replacements for the new season. Nevertheless, Palmeiras have agreed to sign three new players for the 2024 season: midfielder Aníbal Moreno, full-back Caio Paulista and striker Bruno Rodrigues. Some of the aggressive comments left online show how those fans need to take some anger management classes to help them deal with the situation, or start breathing techniques to get their temper under control.

Jair Bolsonaro was a classical out of control ringleader who managed to excite many Brazilians by his unruly manner. What his fans didn’t realize was his old-style methods were linked to fascism and dictatorial leadership which went against democracy. He should have sought anger management, or started deep breathing. I can literally picture him taking Buddha style meditation classes and breathing calmly while getting endorphins to rush around his tiny little brain with a big smirk on his face.

Deep breathing provides another level of control that taps into hidden pockets of intelligence. Smartness will help control your anxiety to overcome potential depression, and other related spinoffs.

Have a great day!
