Try to Stay Positive

There is a devil out there. The devil will go out of its way to pull you down. It's easy to fall prey to the devil. Its negative energy will hold you down and if you don't stay positive, then you'll become another victim.

Depression is a real thing. Approximately 280 million people globally are affected by depression, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), though some sources estimate it could be as high as 400 million. This represents about 4-5% of the world's population, with women being about 1.5 times more likely to experience it than men. Depression is more common in adults over 60 than the general adult population, and it is a leading cause of disability worldwide.
So what is the key to staying positive? Keep investing in yourself. Join a gym, or get on an exercise regime. Put positive emotions into your mind to fend off the devil. Appreciate the lifestyle you have, or if it isn't brilliant then turn the page and start to build the life you really want. It's never to late to make positive changes to your lifestyle.
Get interested in a topic that excites you. Buy yourself a new toy. Personally, motorcycling is my passion. It is great on days off. Meet with likeminded people and go for a ride. If you cannot afford a motorcycle then buy a bicycle and join a club or group of people who create outings. You'll be amazed what fun can be had.
It is only down to you. Make the effort to move forward positively and live the dream. The dream is in actual fact; you and your determination to reach goals.
Have a great day!
