What if we could unleash an almighty thrust of energy that would propel us for the rest of our lives. Think about that for a moment. If there is an everlasting source that after momentum is created will keep going and just go all out on a mission, maintaining speed or getting faster and more efficient.
That explanation sounds like an answer to a dream, as if it were achievable then literally the sky would be the limit, and anything would be within your grasp. However, if we compare such a scenario with other real-life facts, we can see that in some respects it’s true.
Take for example a well-made car. It will be steadfast and subject to choice such as fast, reliable and economic. You might fit it out with all the bells and whistles, to give it its own identity which might suit your desires. Even if you look after it, it will need servicing to maintain its prime condition, and to prevent problems along the road. However, eventually it will wear out and problems will occur.
Human beings are no different. They have a lifespan, a period of existence. Preferably create a healthspan to live in the highest quality while they are alive. According to science, humans are subject to the genetics they receive from their mother and father.
It is estimated that about 25 percent of the variation in human life span is determined by genetics, but which genes, and how they contribute to longevity, are not well understood.
Several environmental and physiological factors contribute to the aging process. However, about 40% human life expectancy is inherited among generations, many lifespan associated genes, genetic mechanisms and pathways have been demonstrated during last decades.
This is all very well, but how can I get the power from within? Contribute wholeheartedly to doing whatever it takes to live a high-quality lifestyle. Learn how successful people succeed, workout regularly, eat well-balanced meals, choose options that you can fit into your day around your work schedule like meditation, deep-breathing, best sleep patterns, etc.
The world is you oyster if you develop perfection. There are no guarantees, but making the decision to go ahead and learn from mistakes while making the effort to stretch beyond will help. The power within is your strength to follow your dreams and settle for an extraordinary life.
Take care!

The world is you oyster (idiom) = In English, “the world is your oyster” means that you can do anything you wish or go anywhere you want in your life because you have the ability to do so. In spoken English, it is quite widely used to encourage someone that they have choices and can lead their lives in a way that they desire.
