Sleep Bliss!

Maria, a middle-aged woman slept like a log! She went to bed early every night. According to her research the body's natural sleep-wake cycle, or circadian rhythm, is closely tied to the light and dark cycle of the sun. Going to bed around 10 pm can help synchronize your sleep with this natural rhythm, potentially promoting better sleep quality and overall health.

She had noticed between 10pm and 2am nothing would disturb her, and the research confirmed that sleep between 10 pm and 2 am is considered crucial because it aligns with the body's natural circadian rhythm and allows for optimal deep sleep and hormone release. This period is when the body is primed for physical repair and recovery, including growth hormone release, which is essential for metabolism and physical performance. Sleeping during these hours maximizes the benefits of deep sleep and REM cycles, which are vital for overall health and well-being.
Like clockwork, Maria awoke at 4am without any alarm bell. She went to toilet, readjusted her focus and went back to bed to carry out some crucial stretching rituals which she practiced sheetless most nights. Before finishing, she covered herself again, got snug, and without further ado, fell asleep as a bonus.
Maria usually got up between 5am and 6am and admitted that since changing her sleep pattern and going to bed earlier, she had improved her sleep cycle. She never felt tired during the day, and noticed that she was more alert and better focused to concentrate in her job.
For sure her sleeping routine had given her a win-win strategic posture to take on the challenges ahead.
Take care!
