Having the right attitude is what is going to prepare you for life. Having the attitude of a winner goes hand in hand with taking action. Taking action will provide the momentum to build success!
Easier said than done for many, but it doesn’t have to be that way. This mind trait is the conviction that you can. Many of you have heard that when there is a will there is a way. And this statement is so true, as when you are committed to success the rest will follow. Rise above putting yourself down. Forget the blame game. What happened before is over. Today turn a leaf and appreciate yourself. Realize you are more than you are living, and take action to eradicate all your fears.
This is big: Go to bed 30 minutes earlier and wake up earlier 30 minutes earlier. Then you will have extra time to make a difference. Tap into your spiritual side to appreciate who you are while preparing for the day ahead.
Let’s try it:
Sit in an upright posture, head up, both arms at ninety degrees, hands wide open and palms facing up, you are in the right position to spiritually connect on a spiritual level.
Close your eyes and relax. A connection to your inner self and your bodies vibrations can be felt when you hold such a position and relax. Let the relaxation of your body sink into this state.
Fill your body with oxygen by deep inhalation. Breath in through your nose while maintaining your pose. First fill your tummy area, and then bring the breath up to your upper lungs. Release and repeat the process.
The more you practice the longer you will be able to draw in oxygen into the chest area. All the while maintaining your posture, relaxing, and connecting. As your lungs fill up the oxygen will start to spread and your capillaries will energize overall functioning.
Keep the rhythm going! In and out, in and out, all the while appreciating the state of relaxation and a deeper connection to nature. As you go deeper into your inner self your emotions will provide the tranquility of being in that moment.
You will start to realize this spiritual connection to your inner self is strong and healthy, and that you feel your whole body, the tingling from within, and alpha-brainwaves which is the frequency of your mind to body power from within.
Alpha-brainwaves usually occur when you are engaged in activities such as daydreaming, meditating, or practicing mindfulness. Research suggests that this type of brain wave may play a role in reducing symptoms of depression and improving creativity.
When you reach this state, you feel invincible. It’s like another dimension you have reached through your own ability to control yourself as a powerful human being, the kind that knows no boundaries.
Try it and be amazed, as it helps in all sorts of areas like: mindset, self-esteem, winner attitude, circulation, blood pressure, and stress relief, etc.
