Alfa Romeo Factor

Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo was considered a nippy production car when I was growing up. Few of them were on the streets of my suburban home town. Every time I saw an Alfa Romeo it made me want to feel what it was like behind the wheel.

Alfa Romeo has a long and storied history dating back to 1910. The brand is renowned for producing stylish, luxurious, and high-performance vehicles. Enthusiasts appreciate the brand's racing heritage and iconic models like the Giulia, Spider, and 8C Competizione.

Alfa Romeo's appeal stems from a blend of factors, including its rich racing heritage, distinctive design, performance-oriented engineering, and a unique driving experience. The brand is known for crafting stylish and luxurious cars with a reputation for impressive performance and reliability. 

The Giulia Quadrifoglio and Stelvio Quadrifoglio are the fastest Alfa Romeos, with the Stelvio being the fastest production SUV ever at Nürburgring. The Giulia Quadrifoglio is the fastest sedan.

Unfortunately for classic car lovers, the newer versions don’t have the same appeal though the Giulia Quadrifoglio does resemble a BMW M2 (see below article), so if by any chance you are passionate about BMWs you might get a kick out of it.

The Stelvio Quadrifoglio reminds of a BMW X3, X4, or X5. The only real difference style wise is its nostalgic ‘V’ shaped front design which is bigger than the past with an Alfa Romeo badge in the middle at the top.

I suppose the real appeal of the latest versions is their speed and snazzy gadgetry.
