The Ford Mustang is a series of American automobiles manufactured by Ford. In continuous production since 1964, the Mustang is currently the longest-produced Ford car nameplate. Currently in its sixth generation, it is the fifth-best selling Ford car nameplate.
Enthusiasts love the Ford Mustang. It is a result of many factors, from its iconic design, reputation for high performance, and exciting driving experience. And, thanks to the Mustang's strong association with American car culture and the muscle car era of the 1960s and 1970s, it is seen as a symbol of American automotive heritage.
Seen in the picture is a Mustang Shelby GT350 which has much better handling than any Mustang model which came before it – mostly thanks to the standard Mustang's independent rear suspension. The basic Ford Mustang cost R$566.300 (-+ US$106,000) in Brazil whereas from my research in the United States it starts at around US$27,770 (2023) This buys the basic coupe model with a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. The most affordable new Mustang convertible has the same engine and begins at $33,270. At the top of the lineup, the coupe-only 2023 Mach 1 Premium is almost $58.7K. A brand-new Shelby GT350 will set you back about US$72,000.
The Ford Mustang sold more than 100,000 units globally in 2019. This was the fifth year in a row that it had been the most popular sports car worldwide. Its popularity comes from the fact that it's an objectively good car, which has options for every price point and performance level, however, if you live in Brazil then you will pay over the top.
