BMW has unveiled the design of its upcoming all-electric M3, previewed by the striking BMW M Concept Neue Klasse. The new M3 EV will also introduce BMW's latest high-performance control systems, including the "Heart of Joy" central computing platform, which coordinates drivetrain, braking, energy recuperation, and chassis functions with extremely fast processing speeds. This technology is designed to deliver the sharp and engaging driving characteristics expected from an M car, despite the transition to electric power.
While BMW has not yet confirmed final power figures, industry reports suggest the production model could approach or even exceed 1,000 horsepower, making it potentially the most powerful M3 ever produced.
