Today’s short rushed blog is about stimulation, and how it encourages comfort in life’s hectic circumstances surrounding us every day. All governed from our mind we have to get on top of taking maximum gains. We should make dealing with it compulsory. Don’t tell Bolsonaro though!

Yes, it is easy to succumb to pressure from all around because whether liked or not we are constantly being bombarded with negative energy. Often from misconstrued theories when something doesn’t go the way we expected. And let’s be honest about it there are those days when nothing goes right, simple tasks are complicated, people misinterpret things, and everything takes longer than envisaged. We become the casualty of life’s mishaps, but then we have to cope with the good and the bad!


Some days flow like clockwork, and certainly those days are welcome incentives to stay motivated. However, when everything goes the wrong direction stress builds up and later on, we start to suffer. It could be inflammation in the joints, worry about tasks that don’t seem to be achievable, or even a headache from sleeplessness. Insomnia can play havoc on the immune system sending us downhill. So, we need to take action, sooner than later, to cope with life’s inflictions and atrocities.


Do not despair, there is a solution which comes in many forms. Music’s vibrations stimulate and help take away stress. And then there is exercise to help our state of mind. Our mood stimulates how we cope. Meditation and deep breathing are other ways to counteract negative energy. Try and get into a daily routine that dislodges any stress, and throws it out! Performance is enhanced from simple changes!
