Lightness is a condition of aliveness while having the inner condition to feel the appreciation to a wonderful existence. knowing life’s passage is conditionally enlightening adds connection to everything. We are more than our reality which is overshone by what goes on around us.
Contradictory opinions, acts of violence, having no control, uncontrollable weather which impacts livelihoods, wars, worry about outcomes, and stress are contributory factors to our downfall. They are reality! We need to break out of such limitations hovering over us and make the best of spiritual enlightenment.

Answers to yesterday’s ‘Verb One’ blog:
John liked to play cricket with his friends. They were having a classroom break and decided to play on the playing field. It was his turn to bat. Martin played wicket while Mark bowled. Mark took a long run up to the point where he speedily bowled the cricket ball at the wicket.
Martin crouched slightly and concentrated intensely. John had to take a wild swing to try and hit the ball, as it was coming towards him very quickly. As he swang his bat, he caught the ball and sent it flying through the air and over the far side fence into someone’s garden.
