Unkosher Meat

Atualizado: 26 de out. de 2022

In Judaism unkosher is not conforming to Jewish religious law, especially of food that is not being prepared in accordance with the dietary laws. Bacon is a disputed meat for its properties because it is an unhealthy choice to select. Jewish dietary law also specifies that dairy and meat products cannot be eaten together, which is why there is really no such thing as a kosher cheeseburger.

If you follow a ketogenic diet then bacon is one of the best fatty meats you can eat, as there is more fat content than protein which satisfies cravings for eating food in between meals. In such light, bacon is a great meat to include in your diet for many reasons.

Bacon is a type of salt-cured pork made from various cuts, typically the belly or less fatty parts of the back. Despite the disputed health risks of excessive bacon grease consumption, it remains popular in the cuisine of South America.

According to some experts there is no such thing as kosher bacon if it comes from pigs, but nowadays it seems there is a loophole for everything. Yes, even bacon is known to be produced from lambs, or even turkey bacon. Kosher food is now a $12.5 billion business.

I love tasty cheeseburgers with French fries (chips) as they’re yummy junk food that satisfy the taste bud cravings and then succulent bacon treats such as BLT in England, bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwiches that go down perfectly together.

Take care!
