Today’s blog is all about getting the most out of your mind and body. By maximizing these elements, you can tap into the other side by triggering stress obliteration.
In other words, the mind and body are powerful weapons of mass potential when understood. If they are treated with dignity, then not only will the quality of life be better, but realizations will be met, and yet longevity will be reached and healthspan will be massaged. Nothing is more empowering than growing spiritually!
Emma Morano, Italian by birth was the oldest person in the world and last living link to the 19th century when she died on 15th April, 2017, she was the ripe old age of 117 and 137 days. According to research, a healthy Mediterranean diet full of fresh fish and olive oil is likely to have played a part in reaching such a ripe old age.
She had an active life working in a factory before becoming a chef later on in her career where she retired at 75. She used to wake up at 8am every morning. She had a sharp sense of humor too, offering to sing for guests at her birthday party celebrations with a beautiful voice.
In 2013, when asked about the secret of her longevity, she said that she ate three eggs a day, occasionally drank a glass of homemade grappa, and enjoyed chocolate sometimes, but, above all, she thought positively about the future.
She was still living alone in her home on her 115th birthday which just shows her resilience. In 2016 she credited her long life to her diet of raw eggs and cookies, and to staying single.
Looking after yourself with healthy choices like regular exercise, meditation, deep breathing, stretching, getting a good night’s sleep, and doing things that contribute to anti-stress are additions to a winning formula.
Have a terrific day!
