Dream Journey

Healthwise, taking the trip of a lifetime means opening the mind to accept new and enticing cultures, seeing incredible locations and embracing different surroundings. It means discovering places which appeal to one’s taste buds, having the opportunity to unwind, and feeling totally fulfilled. Today’s munificent dream is an escape that the physical condition appreciates.

Working out, eating nutritionally whilst correctly, and controlling stress, are helpful attributes to healthy living. Making sure rest time is taken seriously, deep breathing, and spiritual cleansing through meditation are incorporated into one’s daily routine collaborates with an overall healthy outlook. But don’t kid yourself, life’s journey takes its toll.
In other words, our bodies have limits, we are fighting free radicals, an environment that throws illnesses at us which means even if we do our best to consciously take care of our immune system, we still get bacterial infections and viruses, so suffer the consequences of those circumstances around us. We are human beings that start and finish our life cycle according to several factors that are often out of our control. It is time to work on ourselves!
The secret to healthy living then, could be to embrace whatever situation we are in and go with the flow under our own conditions meaning to find alternatives to overcome obstacles while accepting we aren’t invincible, but have as good a chance as others. We are all different, and what makes one tick might not have the same effect on others. Perhaps avoiding confliction, studying our own feelings, and spending quality time with ourself is the best remedy to longevity.
Talk is easy (and cheap), however, adopting the right elements in one’s life to avoid confrontation is no easy task. We only have to look externally to understand that life has its ups and downs, international warmongering, and experts who have all the answers. It’s no walk in the park, meaning something is difficult, challenging, or unpleasant, the opposite of the literal idea of a leisurely stroll in a park. It's an idiom used to convey that a task or situation requires significant effort, involves obstacles, or isn't simple at all, often implying stress or hard work.
Travelling, though good, isn’t necessarily the answer to overall pleasure which frankly is impossible. The mind is a powerful weapon. Used correctly, one might believe we are able to control our emotions, set the tone for the day ahead, and take our dream journey which could be the way we control the circumstances around us.
Reflect over this subject to become wiser whilst willing to experiment with yourself to find what works best for you!
Take care!

P.S. I’m going for my leisurely stroll now.
